For example - it's not really good enough for me to just monitor comments on our blogs during work hours - and I do try to check them during the weekend and on evenings. Or, if I answer a question on our Flickr images within half an hour, how does that relate to our normal timeframes for answering email queries?&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I had been thinking about sustainability in terms of maintenance and growth(as opposed to pushing live and abandoning). It's interesting to think about it more in terms of evolution. Makes me less jealous you were able to get over there ;-)&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I really like your idea of 'online ambassadors' who engage with virtual communities.
